What happens if I miss my lesson?

Life happens! But to keep things fair for everyone, no-show lessons won’t be made up or refunded. If you know you can’t make it, be sure to cancel ahead of time!

How do I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

I totally understand that schedules change! Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, and we’ll find a new time that works for you.

What if I’m sick or there’s an emergency?

Your health comes first! If you’re feeling under the weather or something urgent comes up, just reach out, and I’ll be happy to reschedule your lesson.

When do I need to pay for my lessons?

All lessons must be paid in advance to secure your spot. Once payment is received, I’ll confirm your lesson time.

Do lesson packages expire?

Yes! If you purchase a package of lessons, they’ll need to be used within one month of purchase. This helps keep your progress consistent and keeps your spot in my studio.

What do I need for my virtual lesson?

All you need is a stable internet connection, Zoom, and a quiet space to sing. A microphone and headphones can help improve sound quality, but they’re totally optional!

Do you offer refunds?

I don’t offer refunds on lessons or packages, but I do my best to accommodate rescheduling when possible!

Can I record my lessons?

Absolutely! Recording lessons can be super helpful for practicing. Just let me know, and I’ll be happy to give you permission to record.

What if I’m running late?

No worries—things happen! Just keep in mind that I may not be able to extend your lesson time if there’s another student scheduled after you.
